Simple Butter Cake Recipe
125g butter
2 Cups of self-raising flour
125 g caster sugar
2 eggs
½ tsp vanilla
½ cup milk
Put all ingredients in food processor and blend till smooth.
Fill trays halfway up (except ladybird fill half way up eyes)
Gently dropping pan on bench 5 or 6 times helps reduce air bubbles
12 to 15 mins at 160 degrees C
Tips: Use Spray on canolla oil or vegetable oil to grease Allow to cool before
popping out of the trays
(You can also glaze the cakes with a runny mixture of icing sugar and water.
Place cakes on a spatula and spoon glaze over. Allow to set on baking rack)
